THT & SMT Assembly
ALFA electronics fully supports both Through-Hole Technology (THT) and Surface Mount Technology (SMT), offering flexibility in PCB assembly. The process begins with solder paste application using automated Stencil Printer machines and continues with precise component placement through robotic Pick & Place systems with multi-head capabilities, supporting 128 and 192 feeders. This combination of automation and control ensures high production speed and accuracy, even for complex and demanding designs.
Wave & Reflow Soldering
Component soldering is carried out using advanced Reflow and Wave Soldering technologies. The eight-zone Reflow oven is used for the thermal processing of SMT assemblies, ensuring uniform solder paste reflow and the creation of reliable connections. At the same time, Wave Solder Bath systems are used for THT component soldering, delivering consistent and high-quality results. These processes guarantee durable connections and high operational performance.
Optical & Functional Testing
The production process is completed with strict optical and functional testing procedures. Detailed inspection is performed to detect any potential defects, along with functional testing to verify proper operation.
